James Plastering & Rendering
As well as homeowners, we work for builders, developers and commercial clients. On site that can mean plastering a run of rooms in a new build, rendering the outside once the scaffold is up, or boarding and skimming partitions in an office.
Machine-applied finishes
On bigger jobs we can apply plaster and render by machine. Spraying the material on is quicker over large areas and gives a consistent coat to finish from, which makes sense when a site is working to a programme.
Working on site
New builds and commercial jobs come with their own rhythm: other trades, deadlines and site rules. We fit in with that, keep our areas tidy and keep you updated on what's ready and when.
Inside and out
Because we do both plastering and rendering, one team can handle the internal walls and ceilings and the external render on the same project.
